Did you know that your body physiology can instantly improve how you feel? So stand up straight - face forward - eyes up - smile! I personally pop one knee and put my right hand on my hip. Extra points if you do this in the mirror for practice!

CHANNEL YOUR INNER BADASS
You're probably already a pro at showing up in different places as a slightly different version of yourself. Who you are at work probably isn't the person you show up as at home or with your friends. If you already don't have a personality that is brave and completely bold, create one. What would she do? How would she speak? Think? Behave? Then BE her.
